7. Recruiting Services and Candidate Data

In providing recruiting services, we process personal data of candidates:

7.1 Collected Candidate Data

We process the following categories of personal data of candidates: Name, contact details (email, phone number, address), professional qualifications, work experience, educational background, application documents (CV, cover letter, certificates), communication data (email correspondence, conversation notes), as well as any other voluntarily provided information.

7.2 Purpose of Data Processing

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the provision of recruiting services, in particular for the identification, pre-qualification, and placement of candidates to our clients. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

7.3 Sharing of Candidate Data

Candidate data is only shared with the respective client for whose job posting the candidate is being considered. Sharing only occurs after express consent of the candidate or when the candidate applies for a specific job posting. No sharing with third parties occurs.

7.4 Retention Period

Candidate data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the fulfillment of the purpose, but at the latest after 24 months after the last contact, unless legal retention obligations apply. In case of successful placement, data may be stored longer if this is required for contract fulfillment.

7.5 Rights of Candidates

Candidates have the right at any time to information about their stored data, correction of incorrect data, deletion of their data (unless legal retention obligations exist), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You can revoke your consent at any time.
